University of Engineering & Technology, Mardan (UET Mardan) was started in 2018 as a response to the increasing demand for higher education in the field of engineering in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Prior to its founding as a full-fledged university, it existed as a sub-campus of the University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Peshawar. The prime objective of the university is to offer quality education in engineering and technology and facilitate research and innovation in these fields.
