Chartered by Sindh Act No. XI of 1995, SZABIST is recognized and approved by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan as a degree‑granting institution.

Location and Facilities

Location: The Hyderabad Campus is located in the State Life Building on Thandi Sarak, a central business district in Hyderabad, Sindh.
Library: Extensive collection of books on business and information technology, as well as subscriptions to numerous magazines and journals. In addition, there is access to digital online libraries for in‑depth research.
Computer Laboratories: Students have access to high‑definition, branded computers, and all classrooms are equipped with LCD monitors and computers for improved learning. The campus has specialized laboratories including Computing and Software Laboratories, Network Laboratory, and Hardware Laboratory.
Wi‑Fi Technology: High‑bandwidth internet connectivity is provided on the campus, and Wi‑Fi‑enabled devices enable students and staff to access network resources wirelessly across the campus.
Classrooms and Auditoriums: Air‑conditioned classrooms with overhead projectors, wall‑mounted screens, whiteboards, multimedia projectors, PCs, and internet connectivity enable interactive learning.
Common Rooms and Cafeteria: Separate common rooms for male and female students, as well as a large indoor cafeteria serving a variety of meals and refreshments.

Academic Programs

SZABIST Hyderabad provides a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA): Four‑year course specializing in business management concepts.
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS): Course intended to provide students with software development, database, and operating system skills.
Master of Science in Educational Leadership & Management: This course was launched in Fall 2015 to foster leadership abilities in the educational field.

National Business Education Accreditation Council (NBEAC): Accredited for its BBA and MBA.
National Computing Education & Accreditation Council (NCEAC): Accredited for its BSCS.
Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC): Accredited for its BE in Mechatronic Engineering.
