History and Establishment:
- Named after Mir Chakar Khan Rind: An important figure in Baloch history, recognized for his leadership and contribution to Balochistan’s history.
- Founded: 2019, to respond to the education issues of the region by establishing a higher education institution that would assist in local development.

- Date Palm Plantation: Launched a date farm with more than 200 date palm trees in early 2025, integrating education with community-centered sustainable development.
- Support for Local Development: Active in enhancing the economy and infrastructure through agricultural and industrial research.
