University of Chitral

Establishment and Background

UoC was officially founded in 2017 by merging the sub-campuses of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Sheringal and Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan. This move was initiated to meet the higher education needs of the Chitral region, enabling local students to access quality education close to home.
